Refund policy

Please note:

  • We have a no-refund policy, however, there is a size exchange and a return for store credit option.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows 'delivered' but you have not received it. Post that we will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners.
  • Dressy Daiquiri reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return/exchange requirements.
  • We don’t process returns post 5 days of the order being delivered.

 
Steps for Size Exchange

It takes 4 quick steps to exchange the size for a product:


Step 1: Go to the ‘Return/Exchange’ section found at the bottom of our website
Step 2: Press the 'Exchange Now' button.
Step 3: Make sure to fill in the relevant details and make the payment. A reverse pick-up will be scheduled.
Step 4: The new product will be shipped to you once the return has been processed by us

You will be responsible for paying for reverse pickup shipping costs for sending the item back to us for exchange.

We only send the exchanged package once, post that there would be an additional charge.

It takes 4 quick steps to return a product:


Step 1: Go to the ‘Return/Exchange’ section found at the bottom of our website
Step 2: Make sure to fill in the relevant details like Order Number and Reason For Return.
Step 3: A reverse pick-up will be scheduled.
Step 4: The store credit will be emailed to you once the return has been processed by us.

The returned items need to be sent in the same condition it was received in, with the original packing, respective tags and dust-bags. The tags should be intact. If the product is in unsaleable condition it will be sent back to the customer.

You will be responsible for paying for reverse pickup shipping costs for receiving the item

For a style exchange, once the store credit (which will be valid for a year) is received it can be redeemed for a purchase of your choice.
 

Damages & Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with photos/videos if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we will have the product collected. 
  • If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can ONLY replace it for the same product.
